Kelvin Kagoso Noel founded HADHIVA in Dodoma, Tanzania, with the belief that institutional clothing should communicate purpose, professionalism and standing—not simply carry a printed logo.

The company’s approach therefore begins with the institution, the people wearing the product and the context in which they will represent it.

Kelvin is a Tanzanian medical officer with experience in clinical service, health research and institutional improvement. That background informs HADHIVA’s emphasis on clear specifications, documented approvals, quality control and dependable delivery.

Long-term ambition

Build a dependable institutional apparel partner that combines design advice, sourcing, branding, formal quotations, quality control and repeat-order support across Tanzania and, over time, East Africa.
