Manufacturing defects or specification errors
Report suspected defects promptly with the order reference, quantities affected and clear photographs. HADHIVA should compare the product with the approved sample and written specification before deciding repair, replacement or another remedy.
Items not eligible without review
- Normal wear
- Damage from incorrect washing or storage
- Unauthorised alteration
- Differences previously accepted in an approved sample
