How HADHIVA Works
A controlled four-step process for institutional apparel and merchandise orders.
2. Receive design concepts
HADHIVA prepares mock-ups aligned with your identity. Digital previews remain provisional until material and production feasibility are confirmed.
3. Approve the design and quotation
Confirm the garment, fabric, sizes, branding method, quantities, placement and quoted cost. A physical sample may be required before bulk production.
4. Production, inspection and delivery
The approved order is produced, counted and checked before collection or delivery. Standard orders are commonly planned for 7–14 working days after artwork, sample and payment approval; complex sourcing or high-volume orders may require 14–21 working days.
Planning ranges for institutional orders
- Typical starting quantities: 25 polos, 25 T-shirts, 30 caps, 15 jackets or layers, and 25 performance/sublimated garments
- Production: commonly 7–14 working days for a standard approved order
- Complex or high-volume work: commonly 14–21 working days
- Delivery after dispatch: commonly 1–2 working days within Dodoma and 2–5 working days to other Tanzanian regions, subject to the selected courier
